As a Certified Registered Polarity Practitioner, IYT Yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and Certified Arvigo® Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy Practitioner, along with holding a BA in Holistic Studies from Union University, I've dedicated my career to holistic wellness. Founding and directing Inner Connections Holistic Bodywork Center in Victorian Village has been a fulfilling endeavor.

 

Since 1995, I've been immersed in the complementary alternative health field, blending my interests in the body-mind connection. My work aims to nurture both the heart and soul, fostering emotional and spiritual wellness alongside pain relief.
